environment. Born in 1968, Silvano is of the first generation in the capital city
Brasilia, BrazilThis modern Brazilian City was planned and developed in 1956 with
Lúcio Costa as the principal urban planner and Oscar Niemeyer as the principal
architect. In his youth, Brasilia was a town that grew into major modern city, which is
now a World Heritage site by UNESCO.
Silvano has worked and traveled in Brazil, Argentina, Europe, Florida and since
November 2006 in Spokane. He found Spokane to be a city that lives like the home
of his youth in Brazil. He is fond of saying he has traded his palm trees for pine
trees. Spokane is, now, a Brazilian’s home.
In 1999, following a life long lover of pets, Silvano followed his heart and began
learning the pet grooming profession.
Silvano started in the Pet Industry in Miami Florida, working and learning the
grooming art on the “Parlor” Grooming Fashion World (Miami Beach, Florida).
Influenced by his life in Brasilia, Silvano has studied and pioneered his profession
into new levels of pet grooming and styling.
His philosophy is to work with his customers in keeping the pets clean, health and
happy through high grooming standards, styling for the breed’s needs and
nutritional needs of the pet.
Being passionate about dogs and cats he has dedicated himself to the art of
grooming. Going beyond mastering all of the “beauty parlor” techniques, Silvano has
expanded his grooming knowledge and skills to treatment of skin problems, nail
clipping, grinding, eye cleaning, ear mite problems, flea and tick control and oral
care.
Silvano assists the client in all areas of home care of pet from basic heath, nutrition,
breed aesthetics, beauty and maintenance of happy, clean and health pet. His
professional grooming methods include tender care and gentle touch to the pets,
and use of only the finest natural an organic products for skin and coat care,
avoiding unnecessary chemicals.
He offers these services under his personal supervision in the comfort of a Nice Pet
